1. Definitions

• "Next Travel", "we", "us", "our" — Next Travel Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland.
• "Website" — packnextravel.com and all its pages and subpages.
• "User", "you" — any person accessing the website or using our services.
• "Services" — travel agency services including hotel booking assistance, event facilitation and concierge services related to licensed casino hotel properties in Poland.
• "Casino Hotel" — a hotel property that includes a land-based, licensed casino facility regulated by the Polish Ministry of Finance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry form, or engaging our services, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy.

If you are submitting an enquiry on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Our Services

Next Travel is a licensed tour operator registered in the Rejestr organizatorów turystyki i przedsiębiorców ułatwiających nabywanie powiązanych usług turystycznych, Województwo Mazowieckie. We provide:

• Travel enquiry handling and booking facilitation for licensed casino hotel resorts in Poland.
• Concierge and itinerary planning services for individual and group stays.
• Event planning and facilitation at licensed casino hotel venues.
• Informational content about licensed casino hotel properties, their facilities and locations.

All hotel reservations and casino access are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel operator and casino licence holder. Next Travel acts as a travel agent and intermediary and is not itself a casino operator.

4. Eligibility — Age Requirement

Access to this website and use of our services is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or older. This requirement reflects Polish law (Act of 19 November 2009 on Gambling Games) regarding access to casino facilities.

By using this website you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you must leave this website immediately. Next Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any person who cannot demonstrate they meet the minimum age requirement.

5. Bookings & Enquiries

5.1 Enquiry process

Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding booking or contract. It is an expression of interest. A binding booking is only confirmed when Next Travel issues a written booking confirmation to you.

5.2 Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide (names, dates, contact details) is accurate and complete. Next Travel accepts no liability for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

5.3 Availability

All hotel room and event availability is subject to confirmation from the relevant hotel operator. Next Travel cannot guarantee availability until a formal confirmation is issued.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted by Next Travel are indicative until confirmed in writing. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Polish Złoty (PLN) or Euro (EUR) as specified, inclusive of VAT where applicable under Polish law.

Payment terms are specified in each individual booking confirmation. Next Travel processes payments securely; we do not store card data on our systems.

7. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by hotel property and booking type. The specific policy applicable to your booking will be communicated at the time of confirmation. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: subject to hotel operator policy, typically no charge or a processing fee.
• Cancellations within 14 days: subject to the hotel property's cancellation policy, which may include charges of up to 100% of the booking value.
• No-shows: charged at 100% of the total booking value.
• Group bookings (10+ persons): separate cancellation terms apply, as stated in the group contract.

Next Travel will always relay the most favourable terms available from the hotel operator to our clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

Next Travel acts as a travel intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by Polish and EU law:

• We are not liable for acts or omissions of hotel operators, casino operators or other third-party service providers.
• We are not liable for any loss of enjoyment, indirect or consequential loss arising from a booking.
• Our total aggregate liability to any client in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total value of that booking.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Casino gaming involves financial risk. Next Travel provides information about casino hotel facilities only and does not take responsibility for any financial outcomes from gaming activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Next Travel Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by Polish and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any website content without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Links & Content

This website may reference or display the names of third-party hotel operators, casino operators and other organisations. Such references are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites. Links to third-party sites are provided as a convenience and are accessed at your own risk.

11. Gaming Disclaimer

Next Travel provides information about hotel properties that include licensed casino facilities. We do not provide casino gaming services, accept bets, or operate any gaming activity. All casino facilities featured on this website are:

• Land-based only — no online gaming is offered or facilitated.
• Licensed by the Polish Ministry of Finance under the Act on Gambling Games.
• Subject to the casino operator's own terms, entry requirements (18+ with ID) and house rules.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution body. More information is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to These Terms

Next Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
